Long story short, I’ve spent the last 15 years struggling with my weight and it’s time to make some changes. I’ve gotten on and off the fitness bandwagon for years now and after realizing just how much harder life gets when you treat your body like shit, I’m ready to make changes for life.

This is my space to track my progress and talk about what I’m doing. I will mostly be posting about goals and thoughts on my progress, as well as new workouts and recipes. I don’t know how informational this will be to any of you out there in WordPress land, but hopefully it will keep me on track and possibly inspire somebody else!
